Generic functions

These functions are used by the actual menu parts.

Menu Item

This prints a menu item with a green bullet, a link and a tooltip.

GURPS Menu Item

A menu item with a brown bullet, instead of a green one.

Banner Image

This function prints the top border banner image, according to the current namespace.
